Twenty-four Renegade Sprint Cars, thirty laps, and it was Matt Ziehl and Lorne Wofford leading the field to the green with Ziehl finding the slick and making slight contact with Wofford, but everything would be fine as Wofford roared into the race lead with Ziehl trying to hold his 36dd straight as the F7 of Cesar Fuentes made the pass for second in the opening laps of the 30 lap main event for the RSCS. Wofford out front and in lapped traffic as he moved his 518 to the high side and blew by the slower cars, leaving the field in his wake as further back in the field, Royal Jones raced side by side for third with the 36dd but it would be Jones taking the spot as Ziehl continued to have handling problems with his Renegade Sprint Car. Further back in the field, the 3s of John Carney II was beginning to find room to run as he battled side by side with Mike Wells, with both cars beginning to move forward through traffic.

Lots of cars came out and showed their support for Dustball by either spectating or burning rubber in the designated meltdown area in front of Redline Racing.  Thanks goes to Lenny for hosting us in front of his shop, and all those that came out to attempt their best.  Of the Dustball entrants, the three teams that placed are as listed below:

1st place: Team Skanks #2

2nd place: Team Decepticon

3rd Place: Team Dark Lord

The first ever deanslist.us newsletter is officially complete.  And we admit, it is definitely rough around the edges, but we will continue to strive for more content as time goes on.  We recently learned that the person that wrote it cannot edit it...too bad all the copies were already made.  Anyway, check it out and let us know what you think.  Hard copies will be mailed to members, while a digital PDF download will be made available very soon for everyone else!  This is the first issue, and being a quarterly newsletter we are committed to delivering a minimum of four per year however there will be special editions.  Advertising is available, contact Andrew for rates.  Members get discounted advertising rates over non-members. Here is the cover for your viewing pleasure:

Thanks to Team Bomb (deanslist member and Dustball team) below is an overview of the recent cruise to White Sands hosted by Jake (deanslist member):

Here are some pics and video of the Cruise to White Sands on April 19th.
I apologize for some of the videos... My photographer (crazy kid) apparently had ten cups of sugar and couldn't keep the camera still.

Here we are waiting at the Edge of Texas. Andrew (Porsche) made it but had to head back into El Paso to take his daughter to the hospital!!! Let us know how she's doing Andy!! We hope she's okay!! No - It wasn't car related..
